1 ml contains 100 mg of doxycicline and 100 mg of tiamulin
Tiamulin is active against mycoplasmas (M. hyopneumoniae, M. hyorhinis, M. hyosynoviae, M. synoviae, M. meleagridis), spirochetes (Branchyspira hyodysenteriae, B. innocents, B. suis), many gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms, including Streptococcus spp., Staphylococcus spp., Arcanobacterium (Corynebacterium) spp., Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, Clostridium perfringens, Lawsonia intracellularis, Mannheimia haemolitica, Pasteurella spp., Leptospira spp., Haemophillus spp., Bacterioides spp. Mode of action: inhibition of protein synthesis on ribosomal level. Doxycycline possesses wide spectrum of activity against many grampositive and gram-negative microorganisms: Staphylococcus spp., Streptococcus spp., Actinomyces spp., Clostridium spp., Bacillus anthracis, Corynebacterium spp., Erysipelothrix spp., Listeria spp., Haemophilus influenza, Haemophilus parasuis, Pasteurella multocida, Bordetella spp., Bartonella spp., Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, Campylobacter spp., mycoplasmas (M. hyopneumoniae, M. hyorhinis, M. hyosynoviae, M. synoviae), Spirochaeta spp., Chlamidia spp., Rickettsia spp. Mode of action: inhibition of protein synthesis on ribosomal level.
Treatment of bacterial diseases, caused by microorganisms sensitive to tiamulin and doxycycline, in pigs, calves, lambs and goats, cats and dogs.
Intramuscularly once a day for 3-5 days at following dosage:
- Calves, lambs, goats and pigs:1 ml of solution/20-25 kg bw/day;
- Cats and dogs: 0.25-0.5 ml of solution/5 kg bw/day.
